Abstract

With the wide application and deep integration of Internet and other information technology and manufacturing enterprise information system, manufacturing big data with mass, high speed, diversity, value and other characteristics has been accumulated. 机械产品配置设计的信息建模与冗余数据处理
随着互联网等信息技术与制造业企业信息系统的广泛应用和深度融合,积累了具有海量、高速、多元、价值等特点的制造业大数据。根据大数据环境下机械产品配置设计信息的特点,研究了产品配置设计信息模型的构建[1]和冗余数据处理。具体研究内容如下:本文在分析机械产品配置设计信息大数据来源及特点的基础上,提出了一种适用于机械产品配置设计信息的星系模型,并将产品配置设计信息中的信息整合到星系模型中,将结构化数据、非结构化数据和半结构化数据表示为JSON [2] (JavaScript对象表示法)元数据;结合关键词数据源的敏感性和语义相似度,提出了JSON数据文件的文本相似度计算方法,实现了机械产品配置设计信息的冗余数据处理。
