Abstract
Objective\ To determine the damage of DNA in peripheral blood lymphocytes samples from resident exposure to radon in indoor air. Methods\ Single cell gel electrophoresis and micronucleus measure methods were used in the present study. Results\ The results of cell migration frequencies for residents in cave dwellings and normal houses were shown 1\^68% and 1\^43%,of calculation by residents were 57 1% and 54 3% respectively.The frequencies of micronucleus results for residents of cave dwellings and normal houses were 1 07‰ and 0\^78‰ respectively. Conclusion\ The frequencies of DNA damage and the ratio of micronucleus for residents living in cave dwellings was shown some higher than that of residents living in normal houses, p values close to 0 05.\;
