Abstract

Objective\ To determine the damage of DNA in peripheral blood lymphocytes samples from resident exposure to radon in indoor air. 目的探讨居民暴露于室内空气中氡后外周血淋巴细胞DNA的损伤情况。方法采用单细胞凝胶电泳和微核检测方法。结果穴居居民和普通民居居民的细胞迁移频率分别为1\^68%和1\^43%,居民计算的频率分别为57 1%和54 3%。穴居居民微核检出率为1 007‰,普通民居居民微核检出率为0 ^78‰。结论穴居居民DNA损伤频率和微核率均高于普通民居居民,p值接近0.05;
