Abstract
Women constitute approximately nearly half of the population of our country. If they are given the task for the development of the country, they can make a wonder because they are more dedicated, more hard working, more sincere, more devoted to the cause. Now, the women are coming out of their inferiority complex and are shouldering all kinds of responsibilities with men.
