Abstract
AbstractThe 2011 Arab Revolutions and that still continues have configurated new feminist political practices in Egypt and Tunisia. These new feminist approaches do differentiate themselves from those of the previous generations in three aspects: they no longer worry about the same issues as “Western feminism”, they get away from State feminism, and they formulate a feminism that goes beyond the colonial binary dichotomies (García 2013; Blaise 2016; Muhanna 2015).Our main goal with this article is to demonstrate how gender and feminist politics that emerged in Egypt and Tunis after the 2011 uprisings respond on the one hand, to a long history of the Arab feminist movement in these two national contexts, and, on the other hand, to the waves of transnational politization that have generated autonomous, horizontal and decentralized repertoires of contentious politics that ultimately have decolonized feminist politics, their relation with the public space and in their way of performing gender and inhabit spaces in dispute (Butler 1990; Soto Villagrán 2003). Key Words: Egypt, Tunisia, decolonial feminism, Arab revolutions, gender, space.
Our main条goal with this is to表现how性别与女权politics,委内瑞拉在2011年埃及和突尼斯after the uprisings respond on the one hand, to a long in这些two national history of the Arab女权运动contexts, on the other hand, the waves of跨国politization that have generated成行、横向和分权repertoires of contentious politics ultimately已经decolonized女权politics,它们与公共空间的关系以及它们在争议中的性别和无人居住空间表现方式(Butler, 1990年;索托villagran 2003)。
