In this paper, from quantitative measures of the bank IT service outsourcers as a starting point, the evaluation index on the development quality, development efficiency and team management are importantly discussed, then the issue how to improve the IT outsourcer's ability to control the development process and the ability to solve problems will be explored. Abstract
The quantitative management and evaluation of the bank's IT outsourcing cooperation will be explored in this paper.
