Abstract

W3C Web Ontology Working Group developed Web Ontology language (OWL) for sharing and distributing semantically marked up ontologies for next generation Web. Simulation, on the other hand, is used to evaluate any proposed system under different configuration scenarios. In this paper, a new web ontology based multi-level CACHE Simulator is presented that is developed at NED University.
