The instrument used a perception questionnaire that had Cronbach alpha 0,76 which means a good internal consistency. Instrument validation was through expert judgement. Finding indicated that students’ preference for e-textbook is higher in many aspects of praticality, quality of visual representation and availability of features that support reading strategies such as taking notes and highlighting essential concept.
