Abstract

Baseband signal generator (BSG) is widely used in many applications. This paper analyzes the features of baseband signal. The baseband signal can be divided into two categories. A structure is proposed to generate these two types of baseband signals. The key problems such as symbol mapping, shaping filtering, data interpolation are discussed in detail.
