Abstract
can be defined as a real form of knowledge that has the properties of unconsciousness, inevitability, and automatism. It acts as a latent factor that affects the language and its systemic properties and acts in the language as implicit value. In the article the conditions of the existence of implicitness are considered, among which are the non-integrity of detection, the secondary nature of implicit information, a special way of expression, the presence of special forms of detection, the ability to act as a semantic connector in the text. Scientists share the implicitness of lexical-grammatical and cognitive, systemic and linguistic, structural, functional and procedural, syntagmatic and pragmatic. Implicit evaluation is peculiar to many statements and is characterized as directly not expressed relation of the speaker to the object of utterance. There are six sources of implicit meanings: the implication of the expressive meaning of the statement, the compression of speech structures, semantic omissions, hyponymization, intentionalpolysemy of expression, as well as the conflict of the explicit sign value of the statement with a significant background of speech.Just the last group of implicit meanings sources plays a determinant role in the formation of the implicit evaluation. Solving the conflict in favor of implicit value is manifested specifically as a metaphor, irony, hyperbole, lithot and false evaluation.
