Abstract
Anisotropic magnetoresistive magnetic field sensor with an odd-function symmetry output characteristic is developed for use in magnetic field analysis microsystems. Prototypes of magnetic field sensor with maximal sensitivity about 0,7 mV/V/Oe are fabricated and characterised.
