This study was conducted at one elementary school in Bengkulu, Indonesia and used a descriptive quantitative method. The population was 208 teachers, and a random sampling technique was used to reach a total of 104 teachers as the sample. A questionnaire, observation, and documentation were used to collect the data which were then analyzed using percentage. The results showed that the academic supervision planning program scored 61.87 out of 100, while its implementation scored 57.59 out of 100, and the follow-up activities scored 49.93 out of 100. The constraints of the implementation process of academic supervision were time management, competences, teachers` perception, and commitment to quality.
