Abstract

Abstract: Based on reverse engineering, this paper collects 3D data from the car rearview mirror to obtain point cloud data. The geometric data of the three-dimensional model is processed by the reverse software Geomagic. Use Solidworks software to reconstruct the obtained three-dimensional model, and perform fluid analysis, analyze the pressure, velocity distribution, flow trace, etc. of the car rearview mirror at different speeds, and optimize based on the analysis results. Finally, the solid model is processed by rapid prototyping. 基于RE的汽车后视镜数据重构与优化设计
摘要:基于逆向工程技术,对汽车后视镜三维数据进行采集,得到点云数据。三维模型的几何数据通过逆向软件Geomagic进行处理。利用Solidworks软件对得到的三维模型进行重构,并进行流体分析,分析不同车速下汽车后视镜的压力、速度分布、流动轨迹等,并根据分析结果进行优化。最后,对实体模型进行快速成型处理。在新产品的开发中,如果能合理地运用逆向工程,在节约成本的同时,将大大缩短产品的设计成本。
