Development intensity of information technologies is after both complication from a technical side (in particular, wide prospects of creation and perfection of artificial intelligence) and expansion of cooperating with people, including those who do not known a specific “technical” language. Abstract

INTRODUCTION A concept “emotional intelligence” is one of the most investigated for the last decades in the psychology. Due to the publications of D.Goulman an emotional intelligence was rooted in researches of sociological professions. Indisputably, there is importance of emotional intelligence in professional cooperation in the field of “man-man”.
