Abstract

The progress of our culture influences the systems that control our knowledge's, skills and behaviour. Our educational system has been influenced by this rapid change, and technology, is more and more used in learning systems. Our interest is particularly focused in e-assessment. It is the most fundamental operation of teaching and training in e-learning. It aims to increase the quality of education and teaching and seeks to heal problems and to determine until which it would be possible to carry out the objectives recommended by the process of teaching and the training. In this paper, we define a fundamental model of e-assessment in e-learning based on the analysis of the needs of learners and teachers using UML activity diagram. Therefore, we describe an innovative approach to specify a personalized e-assessment system using workflow. It aims to create an adapted workflow pattern for individual learner.
