Abstract

The R&D of aviation complex products new technology is an important component to realize the strategy of building an innovative country, it plays a decisive role in improving national competitiveness, but because of the high risks in new technology research and development (R&D) of aviation complex products, the new technology of aviation complex products could be realized only through comprehensive assessment of research and development risks. In accordance with the characteristics of aviation complex products and collaborative R&D, this paper identifies the key risk factors in the process of collaborative R&D, and then establishes a TFN-GCE evaluation method based on the characteristics of collaborative R&D risk of aviation complex products, and applied research with the method to prove its rationality. 航空复杂产品主厂商与供应商协同研发风险评估与控制决策研究
航空综合体产品新技术研发是实现创新型国家战略的重要组成部分,对提高国家竞争力具有决定性作用,但由于航空综合体产品新技术研发存在较高的风险,因此只有通过综合评估研发风险才能实现航空综合体产品新技术的开发。根据航空复杂产品和协同研发的特点,识别协同研发过程中的关键风险因素,建立了基于航空复杂产品协同研发风险特征的TFN-GCE评价方法,并应用研究证明了该方法的合理性。最后,基于系统动力学理论,建立模型方程,模拟协同研发的主要风险因素带来的项目风险,逐步调整风险应对措施,探讨在不同的控制措施下,风险因素在协同研发过程中所引起的质量、进度和成本风险的变化,提出控制决策。
