TRANSFORMATION OF STATE SUPPORT FOR AGRICULTURE

Abstract

The article discusses the main directions of increasing the efficiency of agricultural production. At the same time, a change in the methodology of payroll is proposed as a priority, since it is the most important source that characterizes the welfare of the vast majority of the population of the Russian Federation. Studies on the formation of wages, as well as its significant differentiation, are the most important component in determining the welfare and solvency of the country's population. We have revealed that the efficiency of agricultural production largely depends on the material motivation of employees. The proposed methodology is based on the transformation of the current labor participation coefficient.
