Abstract
The research focuses its analysis in the (de) construction of the inter-relational dynamics of the Ecuadorian State and Civil Society in the last 20 years, considering a temporary cut of two historical blocks, including significant changes in the figures of Ecuadorian political representation and the substantial transformations of the legal and institutional environment of the state.
