This paper indicates four points-first, there is a need to strengthen institutions and policies. Second, there is a need to clarify policies both in material and formal terms. Third, there are needs to be a centralization of policy implementers. Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen checks and balances from other branches of power. Abstract

. This paper analyzes how Indonesia is handling the global Covid-19 pandemic.
