XYZ酒店中央女性员工的夜间工作问题分析
背景:女性员工在旅游和酒店服务公司有很多工作机会。公司规定男女员工都要工作到晚上。这是女性雇员在安全和健康方面的另一个问题。目的:了解XYZ酒店女员工夜间工作存在的问题。设计:定性描述性研究设计,通过对在XYZ酒店工作的6(6)名女性员工的访谈,获得主要数据来源。结果:(1)工作班次:酒店执行政府规定,不雇用未满18岁的女员工,不为怀孕的女员工提供夜班;(2)交通问题:酒店没有执行政府规定,即没有为女员工准备夜间回家的专用交通工具;(3)安全问题:酒店提供营养、清洁、多样的食品,并配备保安保障夜间工作的女员工的安全和体面。(4)产假:酒店执行政府规定,为怀孕的女员工提供三个月的产假。(5)哺乳机会:酒店未执行政府规定,即未设置专门的泌乳室(哺乳室)。
