The research was conducted at PAIR BATAN using a Gamma Chamber 4000A irradiator and in agricultural experiment, Labuhanbatu University. The plant material used was M.bracteata seeds with irradiation doses of 0, 200, 250, 300, 350 and 400 Gy. This study uses a curve fit analysis program to calculate the LD50 value (Lethal dose 50). The results showed that the plant radiosensitivity by calculating the LD50 value of M.bracteata at the age of 2 Weeks After Planting) was 348.737 Gy. 伽玛辐射对花生作物的影响(Mucuna bracteata L)。
豆科覆盖作物(Mucuna bracteata L.)是一种匍匐茎植物,目前在人工区经常用于增加土壤肥力。这种植物是豆科植物,可以固定土壤中的氮养分。其中一个增加多样性的植物育种项目是利用伽马射线辐射进行突变。研究目的是利用伽马射线辐照测定豆科覆盖作物的辐射敏感性水平。这项研究是在巴坦大学利用伽马室4000A辐照器和纳布汉巴图大学的农业实验中进行的。辐照剂量分别为0、200、250、300、350和400 Gy。本研究采用曲线拟合分析程序计算LD50值(致死剂量50)。结果表明:种植后2周,植物辐射敏感性(LD50)为348.737 Gy;给予的辐射剂量越高,生长百分比越低。关键词:多样性;豆科;致命的剂量;突变;伽马射线
