Within the context of multi-channel MAC enabled networks, mobile nodes can experience simultaneous transmission across multiple channels. Benefiting from the proposed cross layer design, the real-time channel conditions provided by CR function permits adaptive subchannel selection for each transmission. MPF-MH adaptively schedules the radio resources for serving different types of service in order to optimize network resources without decreasing the quality of service.
