Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment and HR competence on the Quality of Financial Reports at the Kaptel district office of Merauke Regency. By using survey methods, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with spss 22. The results of the t-test variable X1 Organizational Commitment are 5.628 and the variable X2 HR Competence is 3.598 with f-test results of 19.838 and R-square of 0.586. Analysis of the research results that there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment and HR Competence on the Quality of Financial Reports at the Kaptel District office of Merauke Regency.
