DEMETER MINŐSÍTÉSSEL RENDELKEZŐ BIODINAMIKUS GAZDASÁGOK TRENDJEI VILÁGSZERTE

Abstract

Korunk sokat kutatott terulete az egeszseg es a taplalkozas kapcsolata. Letrejott egy tudatos vasarloi reteg, melynek fogyasztasaban a bioelelmiszereknek kiemelt szerepuk van. Az organikus gazdalkodas egyik fontos szegmense a magyarorszagi fogyasztok kozott meg kevesbe ismert, de a bio gazdak koreben nepszerű biodinamikus gazdalkodas. A conscious purchasing layer was created, and the consumption of this customer layer, organic food plays a prominent role. One of the important segments of organic farming is biodynamic agriculture, which is less well-known among Hungarian consumers, but it is popular among organic farmers. Its certification institution is Demeter International. Demeter trademark has a high quality and guaranteed organic source message to consumers. The number of businesses in biodynamic farming and the size of their agricultural areas are constantly increasing in the world, and the production method is becoming increasingly popular. This study presents the comparison of countries with biodynamic farming by using statistical methods, focusing on data of companies and areas with Demeter qualification. Among my research goals are also the follow-up and comparison of international trends, changes in biodynamic farming, and showing the relationships between prosperity and biodynamic agriculture in Demeter certified countries.
