Komunikasi Pemerintahan Dalam Menyebaran Informasi Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 Kepada Masyarakat Kota Tegal

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan komunikasi pemerintah dalam penyebaran informasi protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 kepada masyarakat kota Tegal . Dalam hal ini pemerintah harus memberikan informasi denagn baik dan benar kepada masyarakat tentang bagaimana cara memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19 di masyarakat kota Tegal dengan mematuhi protokol Kesehatan yang di keluarkan pemerintah yaitu sebagai komunikator utama. Metode yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif karena peneliti mencoba menyajikan data penelitian melalui uraian uraian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemerintah belum secara rutin dalam menyebarkan atau menyosialisasikan protokol Kesehatan sehingga masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mematuhi protokol Kesehatan yang di sampaikan pemerintah kota TegalAbstract: This study aims to determine the role of government communication in disseminating information on Covid-19 health protocols to the people of Tegal City. In this case, the government must provide good and correct information to the public about how to break the chain of Covid-19 spread in the people of Tegal City by complying with the health protocols issued by the government, namely as the main communicator. The method contained in this study uses qualitative methods because researchers try to present research data through descriptions. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this study is that the government has not routinely disseminated or socialized health protocols so that there are still many people who do not comply with the health protocols conveyed by the Tegal city government
