Abstract

The last three years in Poland have been a dynamic development of micro-photovoltaic installations. A serious barrier impeding the further development of this renewable energy source are obsolete power networks. The aim of the article is to analyze the conditions related to the development of photovoltaics in Poland and to evaluate the limitations of outdated power grids.
