抗生素管皿法/浊度法全自动测定机的研制与应用
产品是在与山东鑫源泰信电子科技有限公司技术合作项目的基础上,采用洛阳兰飞PLC和触摸屏、分光光度计开发而成。易于实现添加样品、全自动测量和报告。一种可实现剂量、剂量和抗生素剂量等方法。传统抗生素浊度法或管板法进行微生物测定又需要多种实验设备,人工操作复杂且存在诸多人为因素,增加了实验结果的错误率;而且无菌实验室的建立,不仅需要增加检测空间,而且增加检测成本。抗生素微生物自动测定仪系统为了解决人工操作中存在的问题,采用抗生素微生物试验原理,按照新版《药典》要求的抗生素效价测定方法,综合现代光学、电子及自动化技术和多年的实践经验而设计。
