Normative method of measuring the need for reproduction of social infrastructure: retrospective analysis

Abstract

The article focuses on the role of social infrastructure in improving the quality of life of the population and in improving the demographic situation in the Russian Far East. Description of methods of measuring the need for reproduction of social infrastructure is presented. Based on the example of land rationing, rationing of social infrastructure in the field of education and health care, retrospective assessment of experience of using the normative method of measuring the need for reproduction of social infrastructure in Russia is presented. The value of normative method in the system of formation of social standards has been determined.
