Problems of organizing methodological and preventive work with minors

Abstract

Статья направлена на изучение проблемы организации методической и профилактической работы с несовершеннолетними. Авторами определено, что основная проблема заключается в поиске необходимых методических разработок способствующих эффективному сопровождению учащейся молодежи в жизни и деятельности. Целью статьи явилась разработка методики организации методической и профилактической работы с несовершеннолетними в образовательной среде. Методологическую основу разработки методики составили: личностно-ориентированный подход, социально-ориентированный подход, ценностный подход, позволяющие дать интерпретацию влияния на подростка значимого социального окружения как агента социализации, несущего в себе базовые ценности. Также нарративно – ресурсный подход, позволил провести обоснование полученных результатов топик-гайда о переживаниях участников неформальных групп и нахождения ресурсных индикаторов для психолого-педагогического сопровождения несовершеннолетних в образовательной среде. В статье представлены динамические показатели, на которые необходимо опираться при организации методической и профилактической работы с несовершеннолетними в контексте повышения эффективности социализации. The article aims to study the problem of organising methodological and preventive work with minors. The authors determined that the main problem is to find the necessary methodological developments contributing to the effective support of the students in their life and activities. The aim of the article was to develop the methodology of methodical and preventive work of minors in the educational environment. The methodological basis of methodological and preventive work with minors is made up by: personality-oriented approach, socially-oriented approach, value-oriented approach that allows to interpret the influence of significant social environment on teenager as an agent of socialization, carrying in itself the basic values. Also the narrative-resource approach, will allow to carry out a substantiation of the received results of the topical guide about experiences of participants of informal groups and finding of resource indicators for psychological and pedagogical support of minors in the educational environment. The article presents the dynamic indicators which should be taken into account while organizing the methodological and preventive work with the underage in the context of increasing the efficiency of the socialisation.
