Abstract

Conventionally, the sum and difference signals of a tracking system are fixed up by sum and difference network and the network is often composed of four or more magic tees whose arms direct at four different directions, which give inconveniences to assemble. In this paper, a waveguide side-wall slot directional coupler and a double dielectric slab filled waveguide phase shifter is used to form a planar magic tee with four arms in the same H-plane.
