The research method used a survey on 21 cayenne pepper farmers who harvested green and red harvests. Risk analysis uses Coefficient Variation (CV) and descriptive analysis to identify sources of risk and strategies for handling them. The results showed that the amount of green harvest production was 1.54 tons/ha and red harvested 0.98 tons/ha for one harvest season, the green harvest revenue was Rp. 44,860,047, - and the red harvest is Rp. 65,078,714,-. Furthermore, the production risk that has the highest risk is green harvest of 0.30 and red harvest of 0.27. 生产辣椒的风险。收获绿色和红色
