This study has a respondent of 400 respondents. Employee engagement and high work stress often become obstacles for MSMEs to produce good employee performance. 雅加达餐饮员工敬业度和工作压力对有毒工作环境对员工绩效的影响
员工敬业度高和工作压力大往往成为中小微企业产生良好员工绩效的障碍。人力资源中经常出现的问题之一是有毒的工作环境。本研究的目的是确定有毒的工作环境对雅加达餐饮中小企业员工的工作压力和员工敬业度介导的员工绩效的影响。本研究采用定量研究方法。问卷分发给餐饮中小企业员工在雅加达和获得的数据进行处理使用SmartPLS。这项研究有400名受访者。结果表明:有毒工作环境对工作压力有正向影响,对员工敬业度有负向影响,工作压力对员工绩效有负向影响,员工敬业度对员工绩效有正向影响,有毒工作环境对员工绩效有不显著的负向影响。以工作压力为中介的有毒工作环境对员工绩效有显著的负向影响,以员工敬业度为中介的有毒工作环境对员工绩效有显著的负向影响。
