Abstract
This paper presents a RFID based device for biosensing. Using flexible tags based in LC tank whose resonant frequency is in the RFID band is possible to measure different biosensing parameters. The tags change its capacitance depending on different substances. With this change, the resonant frequency varies which is measured with the RFID reader presented in this paper. The device is based in a Colpitts oscillator and the measure is done through the power consumption of it.
