At present, most of the equipment has a critical load which is sensitive to voltage changes that affect the operation of the device. In this research article, the power control system is designed to maintain the voltage level that the critical load can work as efficiently as possible by creating an electrical system as a micro-grid system and using a PLC program for controlling and analyzing in realtime situations. This work has simulated the control system that is designed and performs the actual experiment with the prototype. From the experiment, it has been shown that the designed control system can maintain the operation of the critical load continuously. Abstract
