Peneliti mengambil jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS ,analisis jalur. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan di dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Triputra Cipta Karya. Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Abstract
