Pegadaian (Persero) Lhokseumawe Branch has been effective. The analysis technique used in this research is the description stage. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative data analysis where after the collected data is processed, it is then analyzed by providing an interpretation in the form of a description. The results showed that the application of credit risk management at PT.
