Abstract

In Sep. 6, 2019 the 37 symposium of Japan Association for Urban Sociology at Toyo University was held. There were two reports in the symposium: (1) about long-term reconstruction process of the Great Hanhin-Awaji Earthquake happened in 1995, (2) about reconstruction/disaster prevention issues in urban disaster in the age of depopulation and aging. The aim of this paper is to explain about previous researches and theoretical concerns on these two reports. 阪神-淡路大地震的历史反思与人口减少与老龄化时代的重建/防灾问题分析
2019年9月6日,日本城市社会学学会第37届学术研讨会在东洋大学举行。会议上有两篇报告:(1)关于1995年阪神-淡路大地震的长期重建过程,(2)关于人口减少和老龄化时代城市灾害的重建/防灾问题。本文的目的是对这两份报告的既往研究和理论关注进行解释。其中一个关键的观点是从长期重建过程的角度来考虑城市灾害问题。另一个是考虑当今与宏观社会变革有关的重建/防灾问题。强调了阪神-淡路大地震研究的重要意义,并对未来城市灾害社会过程研究的宏观模型提出了假设。
