Deploying low-power small base stations (BSs) overlaid with a macro base station is a promising strategy to improve the capacity of the cellular system. Therefore, we propose a user scheduling scheme based on the 0-1 convex programming knapsack problem algorithm (KPA). On this basis, we present a user-centric scheduling algorithm for satisfaction perception, which is used to enhance the service quality perception of users and improve the users experience in Heterogeneous Networks (HetNets). The optimal solution of 0-1 convex programming KPA is obtained in polynomial time complexity. From the simulation, it can be seen that the proposed scheduling scheme can effectively improve the overall satisfaction of users.
