It was conducted an extensive literature review where four observable variables were documented regarding strategic leadership, four variables for servant leadership, and four variables that measure projects performance. Initial results allowed determining a model that will permit to measure the impact of the documented leaderships in projects performance. Abstract

The structural equation modelling has contributed significant advantages in understanding projects success, although comparably, it has incremented the complexity of the analysis; thus, this research aims to propose a measurement model of projects performance considering the impact that generates strategic and servant leadership.
