Abstract

Globally, ovarian cancer is one of the most common cancers in women and one of the most common causes of cancer death. Researchers have been committed to investigating new treatment methods for ovarian cancer. In the present study, a new nano-siRNA delivery system loaded with anti-ESR1 siRNA was designed and synthesized. Its clinical and nursing value for ovarian cancer was evaluated, and the related mechanism was explored.
