The criterion for determining preferences based on second-order stochastic dominance, considered in the paper, allows the planner to identify the most preferred innovative companies for conducting appropriate policies. The result of the study is a hierarchy of preferences for a set of innovative companies represented on the Russian stock market. The article presents a calculation algorithm for series of different lengths generated by a stochastic process. Abstract
During the period of significant economic changes, the role of the state in the economy is strengthening, while the need for efficient resource allocation remains, which is characteristic of the market mechanism. The criterion for determining preferences based on second-order stochastic dominance, considered in the paper, allows the planner to identify the most preferred innovative companies for conducting appropriate policies.
