The main findings are that there is a significant correlation between the cost of non-compliance and unethical behaviour within the researched organisation. Likewise, the outcomes assured that there was a significant effect for RAHRM on NCWBs and unethical behaviour of human resources (UBHRs). Abstract

The main objective of this research is to discuss the philosophical frameworks of how the risk approach to human resources management (RAHRM) may reduce the negative effects of non-compliance and unethical behaviour (NCWB).
