Abstract

Because the traditional method does not effectively process the machining signal in the machining frequency control, there are some problems such as low control accuracy and unstable machining signal. Therefore, a frequency control method of cutting machining based on wavelet transform is proposed. 基于小波变换的切削加工频率控制方法
由于传统方法在加工频率控制中不能有效地处理加工信号,存在控制精度低、加工信号不稳定等问题。为此,提出了一种基于小波变换的切削加工频率控制方法。调节命令信号用于调节切割机械调速控制器的相位,实现对机械操作信号的校正。采用拉格朗日方法估计机械振动状态,采用傅立叶变换方法对信号进行变换。结果表明,信号在0.43 s-0.75 s的周期内相对稳定。采用小波变换的方法对切削加工频率进行控制,实现切削加工频率的控制。实验结果表明,该方法控制精度高,能有效去除加工噪声,具有较高的应用价值。
