Abstract
Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative pathology characterized by the formation in the brain of β-amyloid-containing plaques and tau-containing neurofibrillary tangles (NFT). Today, the pharmacological treatments of AD are very limited and novel therapeutic strategies are required.
