The relevance of the issues under consideration is especially growing in recent years in the context of sanctions pressure on the Russian economy in general and on its knowledge-intensive industries in particular. The authors use content analysis as a key method of research, the object of which are the texts of the last three presidential addresses to the Federal Assembly. Abstract
The article is focused on the problem of changing the priorities of the state science and technology policy of the Russian Federation.
