The object of this research is all permanent employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Region S2JB Bengkulu Branch, totaling 50 employees and the sampling technique used by the researcher for this research is saturated/census sampling, which is a sampling technique if all of the population is used as a sample. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire By using multiple linear regression analysis technique, the results of this study can be concluded that the occupational health insurance variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work safety insurance variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. PT.PLN (PERSERO)员工绩效安全的工作与工作保障
