In this research, we proposed a user experience by considering the elements of UX and BI dashboards from the existing literature, validated the model by conducting FGD, and analyzed FGD comments by applying the thematic analysis method. Based on the result after conducting analysis we updated the proposed model. Abstract

: Interactive dashboards are becoming increasingly popular for aiding users with data discovery and BI analysis.
