System Principles of Functional Adaptation of the Planning Elements of the Residential Environment of the Urban Historical Center

Abstract

Постановка задачи. В статье поднимаются проблемы унификации процессов проектирования и реконструкции в жилой среде исторического центра современного крупного города, рассмотренные со стороны функциональной организации. Результаты. В результате системного анализа функциональной организации жилой среды современного крупного исторического города выявлены внешние факторы воздействия на нее как на демоэкосистему «население ↔ среда», описана ее специфика поведения как системы, выраженная через материальную составляющую процесса реконструкции и определенное влияние на функциональную модернизацию ее планировочных элементов. Выводы.Выявленные системные принципы взаимодействия планировочных элементов жилой среды определяют современный функциональный подход к реконструкции архитектурно-планировочной структуры современного исторического городского центра, который в результате модернизации не утратит историко-культурной значимости. Statement of the problem. The article raises the problems of unification of the design and reconstruction processes in the residential environment of the historical center of a modern large city, considered from the side of the functional organization. Results. As a result of a systematic analysis of the functional organization of the residential environment of a modern large historical city, external factors of influence on it as a demoecosystem «population ↔ environment» were identified, its specific behavior as a system was formed, expressed through the material component of the reconstruction process and a certain influence on the functional modernization of its planning elements. Conclusions. The revealed system principles of interaction of the planning elements of the residential environment determine the modern functional approach to the reconstruction of the architectural and planning structure of the modern historical city center, which as a result of modernization will not lose its historical and cultural significance.
