Abstract

The government policy on the incorporation of Siberia into the economic space of the Russian Empire is analyzed, it is noted that administrative policy preceded economic policy in Siberia, the importance of resettlement, the marketability growth of agriculture, gold mining, communication systems is noted, it is emphasized that by the early XX century. Siberia had a relatively developed agriculture, medium-level transport and a very weak industry.
