Sodium and chloride concentration in sweat provides status of hydration status in human body. Here we have designed a health monitoring device based on sweat analysis using different types of electrochemical sensors. Ion-selective electrodes for Na+ and Cl- are used which gives details about a person’s hydration status and a glucose sensor is also used to measure the sweat glucose levels. The sensors are calibrated for artificial sweat solutions with different concentrations of Na+, Cl- and glucose. On body testing is done to confirm functionality of designed system for sweat analysis. Abstract
