First, the validity and reliability of the measurement tool were met, and the use of the reference group, which is a sub-factor of job value, external job value, and job expertise, had a significant positive correlation with job satisfaction. Second, the higher the intrinsic and external values, which are sub-factors of job values, the higher the job satisfaction, as a result of verifying the effect of job values of hairdressers on job satisfaction. Abstract
